My mom is not around so I was forced to cook my lunch.  Actually ito lang ang recipe na kaya kong lutuin. Hehe!  Nagluto ako ng gantong recipe before for my friends back in Taiwan and they all loved it!  Here's my version of buttered shrimp with cheese
